Yes. Our 2025 expansion features dedicated quiet zones located away from the pool and activity centers. These sites are designed specifically for seasonal guests seeking peace and relaxation, while families who prefer high energy can choose sites closer to the water park and amenities.

Can your seasonal sites accommodate large RVs?

Absolutely. The new expansion includes over 100 full-hookup sites (50-amp) designed for 40ft+ rigs with slide-outs. These modern sites offer easy access and spacious layouts, unlike older campgrounds with tight turns.

Is Deer Run a good base for exploring the area?

Yes. We are centrally located just 20 minutes from Saratoga Springs (horse racing, dining) and within a short drive of Albany and the Adirondack foothills. It is the perfect "home base" for exploring the Capital Region and Western Massachusetts.
